Continuing with the 99 Revolutions Tour, the band played an epic concert in London at Emirates Stadium. This stadium has a capacity for 60 361 people; it’s said that there were 58 000 people at the show. As usual the band surprised their fans, although they didn’t play all of Dookie as in the previous shows, they did play more songs from the trilogy and their hits.

UPDATE: They set a record by selling out 60 000 tickets for the first time, Mike even posted a pic on instagram thanking the crew; “other artists in the past have played sell-out shows but their attendance figures were lower due to different staging and seating configurations”.
